INTEA produces custom-built e-learning courses. We do not sell off-the-shelf courses – all our materials are tailor-made to match our client’s learning needs. In most cases, the courses are based on the client’s existing learning materials but sometimes we do create courses from scratch, for example, new product training courses or new legislation informative courses. Every course is prepared in close co-operation the client’s subject matter experts who validate the material and guarantee that all information is correct.

Most courses are developed in five major steps:

1. problem analysis, course audience survey, learning objective development
2. course outline development and approval
3. course script development and approval
4. development of the course itself, testing and quality assurance
5. uploading the course to the client’s LMS

E-learning is not only about training your staff. It can also be used to train partners up and down the supply chain or even your customers. For example, insurance companies often train travel agents, and software companies train their end users.

We also provide translation and localization services for e-learning materials as well as help adapt courses to various LMS systems.
