consulting
We offer consulting services both to clients who only consider using e-learning in their business and clients who have already successfully implemented e-learning. Such tasks as analyzing current situation, choosing optimal solution, creating strategy and estimating return on investment are time-consuming and demand deep insight into various aspects of e-learning. We are here to help you.
Developing the e-learning market in Latvia is our primary task, so if you would like to know more about innovative learning solutions, do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to invite you and your colleagues to one of our seminars or to arrange a personal meeting. We firmly believe that a real consultant does not make a living by withholding knowledge, and that success comes to those who share. Speaking of sharing information, you are kindly welcome to check out our blog, consult the e-learning glossary or download market surveys from our website.
Need identification and situation analysis
Before investing time and resources into launching an e-learning project, it is instrumental to research current situation, find bottle-necks and define problems that can or cannot be solved by training in general or e-learning in particular.
Creating a learning strategy
Launching and developing an e-learning system involves a lot of decisions, most of which are not at all obvious. Once a certain road is taken, it is often difficult, if not impossible, to go back. For example, if you invest thousands of euros in a software infrastructure, your company will have to work with it for the next few years, even if the choice was less than successful. Consequences of bad organizational decisions may be even harsher.
In order to create an efficient learning process, several important questions must be answered: what is wrong with our current situation, what particular result we expect and how it should be attained as well as how should our progress and success be measured.
We can help you devise a general strategy of learning by providing a checklist of issues to consider, and guiding you through them. In practice, it is a very good idea to have a documented learning strategy before your project starts, but it is never too late to do that if you haven’t.
Platform and tools selection
We have quite some knowledge under the belt about the available choice of technical (IT) solutions. Learning Management Systems, development tools, knowledge base software – you name it. After we assess your needs, requirements, time and budget, we can help you choose the right package for your project.
Implementation
Launching an e-learning project is much more than simply getting the technical details right. It is also about defining organizational roles, establishing procedures, training the trainers instructors and, most importantly, communicating the benefits of the new system to the learners.
Learning system audit
We will study the processes and roles related to learning, find inefficiencies and suggest tools to solve them.
