INTEA is owned managed by Sergey Snegirev and Raivis Freimanis.

Sergey has previously worked in finance and business consulting areas as well as IT. In INTEA, he supervises systems implementation, course production and technical research. Sergey has graduated from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.

Raivis has a long track record of working in head hunting and HR consultancy before joining INTEA. He is primarily responsible for client relations, learning consulting and content authoring. Raivis has graduated from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.

Our growing team currently includes 7 full-time employees:

• Project manager is a single point of contact who ensures efficient communication and timely delivery of results;
• Instructional designers and content authors work with your Subject Matter Experts (product managers, internal trainers etc.) and create learning content, interactions and make sure our e-learning materials have a real impact on learners;
• Developers create the actual learning materials using top of the line authoring tools for rapid e-learning development as well as develop complex e-learning solutions;
• Graphic designers make sure your courses are attractive, pixel-perfect and in strict compliance with your brand guidelines.
