INTEA was established in 2009, although the history of the company dates back to 2007. That year a one-person consulting enterprise took off, focusing on design and development e-learning materials as well as consulting on implementation of various enterprise learning platforms. Within the first year of operations, it became apparent that the project was a success for the client, and that the technology developed while working on the project is unique in the Latvian market. We recognized the growing need for innovative and efficient learning solutions and went on to forming a professional team of experts with backgrounds in HR, business consulting, vocational learning as well as IT and visual design.
